Boston-based Darin Hager’s Heyday Footwear is making some noise with its current line of seasonal footwear. The full-grain leather and patent uppers on the high top ‘Super Deb Lux’ and ‘Shift’ sneakers give and air of sophistication to what is obviously an exercise in casual excess. Bold designs are the foundation of the Heyday collection, and while they might be premium-quality shoes, they certainly aren’t priced as such.
