Inspired by the post-war years in the 1940s and 1950s, Paul Smith’s recently released fall / winter 2009 collection, includes high-waist trousers and velvet trimmed collars typical of the fifties. The idea of the collection seems to be clear: the teddy-boy comes of age, has cash in excess and a passion for traditional high-quality fashion.
