Bentley‘s flagship vehicle the Mulsanne is easy to dismiss as yet another luxurious car that’s as soft in the engine bay as the leather on its seats. In a world of ultra-light supercars, Bentley just hasn’t developed a reputation. Still, the Mulsanne packs a massive 6.75-liter twin turbo V8 under the hood, making this car a serious speed demon. Developing 505 hp, the engine can propel the three-ton car 0 to 60 mph in 5.3 seconds before going on to a top speed just shy of 200 mph. World Land Speed record holder Andy Green recently had the chance to take the Mulsanne for a little spin on the Bonneville Salt Flats and this video is the result. Check it out.
