Ahead of next year’s major update to the beloved supercar, Lamborghini has unveiled the 2013 Gallardo LP 560-4. Concluding the automobile’s ten-year reign as the Italian luxury manufacturer prepares its long-awaited update, the latest edition of the Gallardo retains its powerful V10 5.2-liter engine – capable of producing 560 hp alongside 397 lb-ft of torque – and features a 6-speed e-gear with paddle shifters mounted at the steering wheel. As a nod to its eventual successor, the LP 560-4 boasts subtle changes to its body style and also sees a naturally-aspirated engine that comes sans hybrid technology with the automobile also being offered with an automatic transmission.
