From Metal issue 18 comes Those Lovely Polaroids, an editorial styled by Ana de Gregorio, and shot by JM Ferrater. Deep shadows and heavy filter usage accentuates model Alex Dunstan’s cheekbones and gives the entire shoot a dark and mysterious feel. Gregorio channels the Byronic look quite well, though the atmosphere of danger and hunger that permeates the shoot could definitely be stronger.
