McQ Fall 2010

The late Alexander McQueen‘s shadow looms large over the McQ collection for fall 2010. It’s McQueen doing McQueen here, with a collection inspired by the alternative community of the early 1990s. Punk fashion gets its kudos with piecework shirts, patchwork jackets, and other harsh pieces, though it’s grunge that steals the show here, with its flannels, ratty jeans, and denim jackets. A brilliant collection from a brilliant man.
