Recently a few companies have tried to solve the tactile issue of operating a touchscreen while wearing gloves by making them as thin as possible, which is all fine & good, but most are so thin there’s almost no point to wearing them from a warmth standpoint. So The North Face, purveyors of all things technical, decided to employ a proprietary material they call X-static. Not only are these gloves warm, but they allow you to seamlessly use your touchscreen device.
