Vancouver’s own Wings + Horns have been making noise since 2004 with their high quality tailored goods with a utilitarian twist. This fall, the company has introduced their version of selvedge denim. They’re made in the USA of 100% cotton Cone Mills white oaks 13.5 oz selvage denim, and feature selvage in the coin pocket, customized branded shank and rivets, and distinct red-colored stitching on the cuff. They’re available in two fits–a slim and a straight–and are available in three washes: raw, 1-year, and bleach.
If you’re new to the selvedge world, I’d opt for the raw wash in whatever fit suits your body type.
