Carven Spring/Summer 2012 Launch

The Carven Spring/Summer 2012 Collection adds an unflattering touch to a number of classic designs. This isn’t to say everything we have seen so far is completely unwearable, but the billowy cuts and juxtapositional ensembles modelled in these promo shots makes us wonder if Carven has gone too far in the wrong direction.

Furthermore, Carven has chosen to abolish the inseam from their line of mens shorts, exposing an amount of leg that would be uncomfortable for any man to strut down the streets showing.

Apart from the hot pants and select ill-tailored pieces, we can appreciate Carven’s take on the classic chino suit, accented by a well-coordinated red pocket protector, as well as their variety of cream hued sweaters.
