Fabio Quaranta Fall/Winter 2012 Collection

Fabio Quaranta made a big mark in fashion after winning Milan’s prestigious Pitti Uomo award in 2010. Continuing to create excellent garments, Quaranta presents his Fall/Winter 2012 collection.

“Clean” and “Button-less” seem to be the running theme in the collection. From jackets to pants, the garments offer minimum detailing producing a clean design. This is especially evident on the Blazers, as the buttons are stitched on the inside. The collection also incorporates a 1920s workwear style of tailoring through its long and thick collared outerwear, the fit of the trousers (which is slightly looser) and its use of boots on the footwear.

It’s no wonder Quaranta won the Pitti Uomo, as evident in the Fall/Winter 2012 collection, quality craftsmanship and design is top priority.
