Next only to the Gibson Les Paul – depending on who you ask – the Fender Stratocaster has long been one of the (if not THE) most iconic guitars in the world. A favorite among musicians for its crisp, clear sound & comparatively light weight, the ‘strat’ has graced stages around the world. Hell, when Jimi Hendrix couldn’t find a left-handed guitar, he took a Stratocaster & strung it so it could be played it upside down. Oh, and of course there’s always this iconic movie reference:
