Video: Modern Tide

In this latest installation of Modern Tide, attention is turned toward the often-forgotten mid-century architecture that was characteristic of Long Island. These beautiful homes were almost entirely eradicated in the late ’60’s, making way for the ostentatious styles still preferred by many to this day.
