KTM has taken their already lightning-fast “X-Bow” platform and released an “R” version to those with a serious addiction to speed. With a history in building racing caliber motorcycles, KTM has taken their experience with squeezing horsepower out of displacement, lifting this X-Bow R from 240 horsepower to 300. The Audi-sourced 2.0 liter TFS1 turbocharged engine puts down 295 lb-ft of torque at 3300 rpm and is capable of launching the X-Bow R from 0 to 100 kilometers in under four seconds. The cars speed can be attributed to the fact that it’s a bare-bones racing machine.
