Commonwealth Utilities and Chandelier Creative present these great runway shots of the spring / summer 2010 collection as shot by Theo Wargo. The 2010 line is again designed by Anthony Keegan with business partner Richard Christiansen and was showcased at Astor Place Hair in New York City last weekend.
