The whole WAG phenomena may not translate too well for those living in North America, so we don’t expect you to totally comprehend the notion of a WAG Lad either. However, Ewen Spencer, a British photographer, documents this 21st-century subculture in his WAG Lad exhibition taking place at KK Outlet in London, England.
From our understanding, a WAG Lad (portrayed by Liam Norvall of Bromley FC) is the modern dandy: “they pump iron, they chase the ladies, they keep their hair neat and shiny…” Sounds just like a jock (we mean that in the nicest way) to us…
