If you’re making you’re way into New York City, be sure to check out the retrospective on view of photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson at the MOMA and the collection of over 300 photos taken on his travels. His photos feature a rich portrait of the modern Western World, as well as that of developing nations such as China in the 50s and 60s. Be sure to check out his rich portraits of French life during the 1960s that include the race tracks of Les Mans, and the Student Demonstrations on the Left Bank in Paris, that go to show how suave and stylish a man can be even during a revolution.
The exhibition entitled “Henri Cartier-Bresson: The Modern Century” runs until June 28, at the MOMA.
