There’s something about owning vinyl that’s just timeless, and To Have and to Hold: A Film About Vinyl Records examines the obsession, and love that its hardcore collectors hold. The Definitive Touch staff has a few vinyl records they treasure above all others. The Publisher has ‘Sinatra at the Sands’, and our Editor swears by his copy of Jay-Z’s ‘The Blueprint’.
Don’t get us wrong, we’ve all got our iPhones and our Blackberries, but there’s just something satisfying about hearing the hiss, crackle and pop of a vinyl record winding up. No word about a release on this film yet.
