Neil Barrett channels the city life and mashes it up with military touches for the spring / summer 2011 collection. Taking the harsh elements of modern menswear, Barrett combines them with military-styled flourishes for a hard looking, cosmopolitan collection for the spring. It’s an ambitious gambit, putting out a primarily black summer collection, but Barrett is just the latest of the couturiers to make such a risk.
