The World’s 50 Best Restaurants has recently been revealed, with the dominating Danish outfit Noma being unseated from the number one spot by Spain’s El Celler de Can Roca. Since the closing of the iconic El Bulli, Catalonia has struggled to make their name as a top-tier region, that is until now.
