Nemanja Jehlicka has created Space Attacks, this series of surrealist paintings inspired by space, the 1960s and the classic Twilight Zone television series. Reminiscent of Magriette’s famous Son of Man painting, these pieces juxtapose animals with the human form, questioning what man’s role in the greater universe is. A wonderful thought-provoking set of works by this illustrator, who promises to follow up with more pieces in the series.
