TMB Bank has produced this video showcasing the story of Panyee FC, an inspirational football club from the south of Thailand. In 1986, a group of young football fans, watching the World Cup, were inspired to start their own football club. Because of the lack of land on the island of Koh Panyee, the kids build a floating pitch out of wood, and learn to dribble, pass, and shoot on the slick surface. Today, 25 years later, Panyee FC is one of Thailand’s most prestigious youth football clubs. Pretty inspirational stuff.
