Japanese mountaineer Mitsuo designs the garments that make up the M label and Selectism has a couple of looks from the 2010 spring / summer collection. Beautifully constructed using traditional methods in a small Japanese workshop, M is known for making garments that are perfectly suited to the outdoors and inner-city settings alike. We’re amused by the integrated backpack / work shirt combos, while the tailored jacket makes us want to play dress up and the shorts, well they look set for long walks in the forest or on the beach – you decide.
