French electronica group M83 have unveiled the official video for their single “Midnight City” off their new album Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming. The visual follows a bunch of kids with superpowers running wild, as one would likely do if they had superpowers. The clip was directed by Fleur & Manu, who described their creation as following:
“This video is a tribute to Village of the Damned, Close Encounters of the Third Kind and other Akiras”.
