For its 2012 fall/winter collection, American label Brooks Brothers releases a varsity jacket that truly sets the tone for the season. Featuring thick melton wool made by UK-based outfit Moon, the jacket features contrasting leather sleeves, vintage-inspired collar ribbing and authentic varsity hem and cuff details. Armed with a quilted liner and a logo patch that can be ‘stuck’ to the jacket wherever you please, or left off entirely for a clean look. To further enhance the big man on campus feeling, the jacket also features details only the wearer would be privy to, including a regimental tie hanger loop and a headphone cord clip in the top of the right pocket.
