Japanese label Mountain Research takes a slightly different approach to outerwear than other labels, in the sense that their products contrastingly combines elegance and outdoorswear. In their preview of their Fall / Winter 2011 collection, we see a jacket made from wide-wale corduroy and a wool coat inspired by traditional costume of the mountain regions of Austria. These jackets, along with the rest of the Fall/Winter 2011 collection, will be available through select retailers starting in early September.
