Officine Generale is the creation of Pierre Mahéo, a fashion industry veteran who longed to create the kind of clothing which he would want to wear. Inspired by his own unique heritage Mahéo takes inspiration from both his maternal and paternal grandfathers, one, a classically trained tailor and the other, an oysterman who spent his days in traditional fishing attire. As a result, he seeks to create honest and authentic clothing, crafted from high quality and hard wearing materials yet cut with a nod to classical tailoring.
Made from a 100% Cotton Terry, constructed in a lightweight loopback knit and sourced from Japan, the Japanese Terry Crew Neck Sweat is Officine’s take on a classic wardrobe essential.
