Lead Designer and Creative Director Jacob McCabe has done an outstanding job on the latest collection set to be released by California brand COMUNE. After undergoing a location change, staff turnover, and a collection delay, COMUNE remained resilient, allowing these setbacks to inspire their creativity. The result, a collection inspired by efficiency, simplicity. and the beauty of California.
Consisting of classic Americana influenced pieces, you can expect to see an abundance of rich flannels, both raw and treated denim, heavy knit sweaters, wool slacks, as well as a variety of classically designed wool and canvas outerwear. Paired with an amalgamation of rich tones and hues found throughout the forests, mountains, and deserts of California, this collection meets all requirements in terms of functionality, versatility, and fashionable design.
As an added touch, COMUNE has added a premium side collection comprised of U.S. made goods. We are excited to see COMUNE beginning to penetrate a higher end market, for we are certain to see some quality pieces to be released in the near future.
